We will conduct a thorough job brief with you to ascertain the company, role, and person requirements.

A sourcing strategy and timeline will be agreed with you. We always search our talent pools and database first, as well as ask our top candidates for referrals. Our referrals are highly valued – our talented candidates are often referring other great people to us, and we love that!

Our talent acquisition consultants are experts in interviewing and selecting talent for roles in Vietnam, Thailand, and South East Asia. They look closely at the traits, drivers, competencies and experience of candidates to give clients their insight on who someone really is. This information will be presented to you in the candidate profile, along with the candidate’s CV.
